Subpar benefits that they try to hype up to reel you in. Benefits started good (back in 2017), but each year I was employed there, a different benefit was reduced or taken away. (i.e. paid maternity leave, reduced PTO days, increased medical insurance, etc) There were no solid company policies & procedures or training provided. Extremely toxic culture. The employee handbook was loosely enforced, depending on the employee. My onsite manager would bring her kids to the office on days she's didn't feel like paying for daycare. Her long distance boyfriend would hang out in the office when he was in town. She allowed her admin to vape in the office.

The organization does not have policies or procedures in place,which creates a disorderly environment. The employee turnover is extremely high.
