Management has no emotional intelligent, very inconsistent with policy and procedures, no curriculum for students, keep morale way down with bad communication skills and no accountability for staff and students.

I regretfully had to part ways with Insights Training Group due to consistent issues that significantly impacted my experience there. The primary concern was the lack of communication and transparency within the organization. Leadership often failed to provide clear instructions or feedback, leaving staff in the dark and creating confusion. Additionally, the work environment was unprofessional, with staff regularly belittled in front of colleagues by Corporate leadership. This created a toxic atmosphere that undermined team morale. Another concerning issue was the prevalence of inappropriate fraternization within the team, which raised red flags regarding favoritism and fairness. I would not recommend this organization to others seeking a healthy, professional work environment where open communication and respect are valued.
