Pros

Beautiful offices and heaps of flexibility

Cons

- There is so much of politics in Senior Management and leadership that they end up playing dirty politics with you even when you are rewarded and acknowledged by other Senior Leaders outside the business. - They let go off employees on false complaints and "culture fit" and false claims, when you have just been recently promoted and had a big EMAIL from one of the senior leaders saying that HIRING you was the best decision ever - Their HR team is one of the most horrendous, they lack empathy and just deliver the bad news to you as if you are a piece of cake for them, One of the most narcissist companies I have ever worked with. Your head of should be fired first so that he understands how inhumane he has been when he has terminated people. I was hospitalized after a panic attack after I spoke to him, not because I was let go but because of the way he spoke to me and demeaned me.

Pros

Focus on regular meetings and updates. Have inherited exceptional talent from MLC.

Cons

I have never felt so oppressed by an employer. IOOF is a boys club - with leaders looking to penny pinch and do what will impress execs, not what is right. Execs are all buddy buddy and think they are close to the ground - when they are so far from reality. HR practises are completely devoid of considering the person they impact. Pay is also well below market rate.

Pros

The only 'pro' is that the client first department is laid back, they do not look at work stats and everyone takes extremely long and many coffee and smoko breaks and management says nothing so some will see this as a 'pro'

Cons

Since the restrucure, there are many cons but the 3 current main would be: -VERY poor management and NO organisation. -The employees in this area all have very poor work ethic and alot of people will handball work to others. -There is NO team culture and thus the morale is very low to non extistent, and there is ALWAYS a minimum of between 6-12 people away at work time.
