Pros

The people are absolutely wonderful. Almost every person that works here is an absolute gem. CEO seems like a nice enough guy but also seems a little bit out of touch. You can use this as a jumping off point to go somewhere else and if you're desperate enough to break into an industry, 6 months here will be just enough to move on somewhere else.

Cons

Even though on a personal level the people are great, not everyone is amazing to *work* with. Management has a tendency to add on asks because of their inability to set boundaries with their client. The scope creep is very real with this company and it falls on the ICs that aren't managing the project to make up for the mistakes of management. Some people see it as the norm and not the exception to work well into the evenings and weekends and this is a major contributing factor to their burnout culture. Their business relies on billable hours and they *seem* to undercharge for consulting services. This leads to a lot of people working more hours because the sales and management under scope the projects. Then, when the deadline comes and the work isn't done, they will continue to have people work with no additional revenue meaning they can't sustainably pay people. Then they go through a round of layoffs to pay for their mistakes. But they will continue to sell you on their "insite family" until they rip the paycheck from your hands when they no longer have a use for you. Moreover, a lot of really good top performers that are very highly skilled have been terminated recently which tells me that no one can work hard enough or be talented enough to escape their list of expendable resources. Attrition is very very high at this company for a reason and unless you have nothing better to do with your free time I don't recommend you work here.

Pros

There are some really amazing people here. My first impressions were amazing. From my recruiter to the interview process. I thought I would be well supported and set up for success. Good PTO offering. Some flexibility when it comes to where you work and when.

Cons

This place is full of themselves. They want to present themselves as the experts but in reality, it's one power hungry CDO that treats everyone like they are incompetent idiots. Imagine my surprise to find out she has never actually been in a call center. She is a tyrant who makes every one miserable while discrediting yiu and your skills. Not only to clients but to your peers. The whole organization is set up for the "favorites" to succeed. Regardless of skillswet. The CEO is blind to a fault. He can't see what is rotting his company from the iskills wet. The HR team is also a complete joke. The stories I have heard and my own experiences are astonishing. The gossip that is spread from this department to the team makes this company ripe for a lawsuit. Like I said. Stay away

Pros

Very Nice modern office with space; A lot of experts in many fields.

Cons

Where do I start? When you do get feedback (which is very seldom), all feedback is "You are doing a great job..." or "No one can be perfect but here is what you did well.." Absolutely no constructive feedback specific to what your opportunities are during projects or why your performance did not meet expectations. There is a scorecard process to measure your abilities each month that was supposed to start several months back but unfortunately not all leaders are doing it. You are kept in the dark and it is not consistent. There is no corrective action process. The gentleman that just started running the Delivery team does not communicate whatsoever to you until it is time to let you go. No specifics or actions to help you improve or even clearly articulate what your opportunities are. Every Monday you join a call with the CEO to listen to a scripted Powerpoint which you discuss current revenue and general ways to make clients happy. The material is very recycled and most of the time rushed through. As consultants we are expected to be Powerpoint experts and have our material reviewed by our project captains for errors and consistency and we often see many errors and inconsistencies in these presentations due to lack of review. There are a few people in the organization trying to drive the culture in a positive direction and unfortunatly there is not lost of responses to their efforts due to lack of leadership encouragement and participation.
