      The company is growing rapidly because of a newly launched product.

      Cons

      Management micromanages everything and there is a very "highschool-like" environment. Cliques form and some people, especially management, is extraordinarily catty. This is mostly as the culture of the firm grows, these people are trying to find a leg up among the younger staff the company is looking to hire.

      Product with good potential, committed worker bees

      Cons

      Leadership is failing. CEO has brought this company so far based on his vision and integrity but as we move towards a potential product launch, he has become invisible and protected behind layers of management that do not hold Insmed former values and do not understand how to make this company succeed. Dissent is no longer encouraged and people are fired, high level people, because they express concerns openly and honestly. This company's new leadership will quickly drive us into the ground. It's very sad.
