      Calm work environment but poor management support

      Easy job. Calm environment depending on location.

      Cons

      Policies always changing. Pay not decent. Upper management don't care if you're struggling. They'll tell you to suck it up and deal with it. Especially in the Indianapolis region. No correct training for management.
