Pros

They are easy to get on with and usually you can work any shift you want.

Cons

They never would answer your questions when you asked them about benefits and such. They write you up for every little thing and threaten to fire you if you don't meet their standards. They would wait last minute on Friday to tell you if you have to work Saturday or Sunday.

Like that first shift starts early 5-6am.

Cons

Tend to do mandatory overtime with no advance warning. Work 7 days a week, sometimes 10 hour days.
