The company seems to be constantly changing so you can't get a handle on what your supposed to be doing. Upper management is a mess and are always stresses out and take it out on staff. Lots of fear in this company. Everyone fears for their jobs and told "you're replaceable". Not everyone is paid the same in the same job. Some are paid a lot more than others that are new and others that have been there for years are paid less. Very clickish and staff gang up on others. No one is treated the same either. Very uncomfortable working here.

One great big roller coaster ride on a daily basis. Management does not what they are doing from moment to moment. It’ a “fly by seat of your pants” kind of business. Constant turnover and extremely short staffed which stresses everyone else out. So many people are terminated without giving any kind of warning, Not a write up or even a verbal warning. This company strictly goes by “California At Will Employment” and fires you on the spot. If you’re not fired, you will probably quit they and there’s a joke within the company that the staff call it “Rage Quitting.”.
