Pros

Non, literally non I gave up other job opportunities for this and I’ll always regret it

Cons

Literally have just gone cold after leaving from blatant disrespect. I was told I’d be paid but I’ve received nothing. They’ll place you in awful schools with horrid teaching staff. I wouldn’t bother there’s better agencies out there. Plus the woman I worked with just vanished mid way through and no one let me know until way after absolute mess

Unfair Pay

Pros

The people I work with directly really care about the children and each other.

Cons

For anyone looking for a job here as support staff, this company’s pay policy means that any pay increases as agreed by the unions and government aren’t paid in full. Each year you will miss out on 5 months of pay rises you are entitled to. Be sure to ask about this in your interview. Join a union if you want to work here.
