It is a locally owned business.

My experience was disappointing due to inadequate onboarding and training, outdated and inefficient office procedures, and expectations that were not aligned with the resources or support provided. Additionally, the administrative environment lacked professionalism and was rather toxic, which made the workplace difficult to navigate.

Cons

Upper management has become disconnected from their employees with longevity. As new management arrives, they are consistently building their own team to fit their own agenda despite the company values that were instilled by the owners who are now the board of directors. The company is evolving from family oriented and employee centered to corporate image with the bureaucracy to follow along with the change. There have been many turnover rates due to management believing the others should consistently evolve to their beliefs of leadership when in reality they have become a disconnected leadership team. The difference between a boss and a leader.
