      Fantastic job, if you can handle it

      Pros

      Training was brilliant, managers were all really supportive and the office in general just had a really nice vibe. Hours were good and the breaks were divided up nicely.

      Cons

      Sales in general. Nothing against the company - but you have to be a certain kind of person to sell products over the phone to unsuspecting customers. It’s very difficult and the job just isn’t for everyone.

      Literally hell

      Some of the people you'll meet can be okay, just none of the management.

      Cons

      It would take so long to list them all but here's a few: The pay is horrendous, it's advertised a full 2k higher than what you start on and the inventive of commission can be taken from you at any moment. Bullying - the management behave like they're in school, insults daily disguised as encouragement to 'meet your target' Lunch is 40 minutes and if you are 5 seconds late logging back in you will be punished for it You will often make in excess of 200 calls and are expected to be dialling none stop. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.
