      1. Good projects to work with 2. HR team conducts good on floor activities 3. No layoffs during Pandemic

      Cons

      1. Lot of stress during works. Always have to be available even during your shift off, even for operations and support teams 2. Always about saving money for the company 3. No benefits apart from mediclaim. 4. No shift allowances 5. Travel allowance is very less.
