Pros
I've been working with Inspiro for over 12 years and the company has done so much for me. My Leaders have mentored me, my teammates have grown with me and now I'm able to positively impact the lives of those who report to me. I can honestly say that this company and those that I have worked with helped me find my purpose. There are many of us who have been here for over a decade that alone shows how special Inspiro is. I started over 10 years ago taking calls, now I can bring hope to people by helping them find jobs as Head of Recruitment Sourcing and Employee Engagement. Thanks Inspiro and thank you to all my Leaders and teammates for everything. :)
Cons
I'm a fitness buff, so it would be cool to have a gym at work. This being said, we do have gym partners walking distance to the site which I use daily. So, I guess not much of a con. But, it would be cool to lift between meetings.
