      Very poor work culture and unprofessional management. CEO leadership is disappointing and does not value employees. Freshers are expected to work like 2–4+ years experienced developers for clients. Experienced employees are treated like leads with extra responsibilities. No proper work culture or structured processes. Unrealistic expectations and constant pressure. Overall a complete red flag company. Do not join this company ever.
