There's lots of Snacks, that's about it. They hype you up with lunches and snacks but pay you far below what they're required.
Cons
Low wages for your work, unorganized business practices. Illegal unpaid interns (around 30 when the staff is only a dozen or so). Boss sleeps with employees. there's a lot of reasons not to work here. They try and guilt trip you into doing more than your job role since they're a small company, but they wont pay you accordingly at all. The commission system is a joke the clients are a joke. They mainly target small business owners with no idea how to run their business. Their business then relies solely on the advertising manager to make or break their company. most likely the client cant afford the services anyway. Your clients will be people spending $500/month in advertising which is a complete joke. Don't fall for the hope of having upward mobility or growth in clients. theres none of that here. Everyone who joins leaves in a couple months because the writing is on the wall. don't waste you time here.
