Pros
The best part about the company was the staff. I can honestly say these latest reviews are fake. We never had that many employees and 4 have quit that were all there over a year so theres no way you have this many employees left that have been there that long. The staff was what kept this company going. The staff is who carried the company and worked so hard.
Cons
No loyalty, trust, never paid on time and if you were you were not paid the full amount, no health benefits although in the interview you were told there were. The CEO is never there, he is NOT open to new ideas and any time you try to talk to him he has a temper and leaves. It's very sad that something with such a great story behind it to help children is ran by something bad. Partners did not get machines, lied to, it is just not good. Heartbreaking really...
