Pros
I am relatively new to InstaLOD and I love it here! I was welcomed with open arms. The work is great, fun and inspiring. The employees are great, the CEO and HR always have time if you have any questions or suggestions. Everything is on a amicable basis and everyone tries to give their best with the tasks they are working on. You are really part of something big, as the software solutions you are working on are groundbreaking. With international customers that belong to the who is who in the 3D industry you always want to give your best in your daily work and that is one of the reasons you really learn a lot here and get better and better in your profession with every day. If you have trouble with your task, you are always offered a helping hand from your coworkers or the CEO himself. You are not bound by rigid working times, but you are on flexitime, so you can start whenever you like. You are also allowed to work in home office for some days in a month. The office is really great, clean and with really good and up to date equipment. A nice room for your breaks with a small kitchen, unlimited amount of free coffee, different consoles to play on and comfortable seating. I really can only have positive words on the company, espacially the people here are really awesome and most of them are here for a long time, so it has a really family like feeling. Wouldn't want to work somewhere else, for me it's really perfect here!
Cons
I really can't think of anything bad about the company. The only thing is that, for new empolyees, it can be hard to get an appartement in Stuttgart, as the market is really bad in germany as a whole, and relativley costly in Stuttgart in particular. But it's still possible to get a nice and big appartment for a relatively small cost - it might just take a while to find.
