      Remote work (for now) --> I very much appreciate the WFH situation due to COVID and feel like our safety and health were a priority Great coworkers Good benefits Management empowers employees

      Cons

      Lots of problem-solving and room to make an impact which I find fun & challenging but I can see some people not liking that. Work environment is best suited for those looking to be challenged and grow in their skillset - lots of room for learning.
