      Great team! Work great together!

      Owner is greedy. He doesn’t care about his employees or pets, he’s only out for money! He over works the staff and will try to get as many patients in the building , with minimal staff. Heartless! Doesn’t even interact with the pets, he has no compassion. Only looking for the next buck. He has no animal experience at all and does not no know ohs to run a hospital. The turnover rate for this place is very high! Do not work here! Coming from an experienced professional

      Dear "Former Lead Vet Technician" and Glassdoor community, As an owner and leader of a growing veterinary practice in NYC, i will be first to admit that i'm not a perfect manager. To protect the privacy of our staff, we cannot legally comment or elaborate further on employee terminations. However, as of today, we are proud to elevate a highly experienced LVT into a management role, who is widely respected by her colleagues at InstaVet for over 3 years and possesses real leadership skills and a strong work ethic. I welcome anyone to come by any weekday ( on weekends i'm busy being a father of 2 boys and a 2 month old girl) and ask for the owner for a tour and i'll gladly show you how we treat our employees and clients alike!       Owner Eli is the worse part

      Pros

      Co-workers are great even the clients were great. That’s it. The 2 stars are for them.

      Cons

      owner made the schedule and job overall horrible for the team. Removing and double even triple booking appointments from out of office they would tell me. He would question the doctor time on procedures in order to get more patients/more money in. He would not care about taking breaks, team had to cover each other in order to get lunch. Pay and raises are minimum or non existent for them. WILL MICROMANAGE TEAM. He watches cameras all day long and will call the staff in the back about things he sees. would never recommend anyone work here unless desperate for money which I can understand I guess.

      Stay away horrible owner

      I posted a review about a month ago that the owner seems to have found a way to take down so I am adding a new one Eli the owner is horrible doesn't know what he is doing and withdrew my PTO payout because I wouldn't rat out workers complaining about him
