      Bad founders; good team

      Pros

      - Intelligent peers - Free snacks - Nice location

      Cons

      Absurd founders with no vision and accountability. Firing is random with reasons like nonperformance when issue is they cant afford salaries Main point is founders don't admit that they messed up, rather they put it on you. One of the main con is founders lack a vision and the creativity. Company is moving in generic e-commerce space. Even if lower management leads the company, it would be better off.

      > You will get a chance to work with some of the greatest minds. > Flexible timing. > Day in and Day out you will learn a lot. > Free cookies, maggie, coffee, tea > xbox. > Located at a very good place.

      Cons

      > Poor decision making skill of the founder. > No transparency. > People who joined in the initial stage gets more importance than the people who joined after them. > No funding raised. > No job security at all. > Even if the decision of the founder is wrong, you can't question it because he is the founder !!!! > Recently management reduced the salary of the employees because they do not have the fund to run the company. > Founder is having a thought that all the employee's are replaceable which is totally rubbish.

      - A bunch of nice people to work with. - Great office location. - A promising business idea.

      Cons

      - Extremely incompetent founders, who will not listen to their employees. - Substandard below market rate salaries. Several engineers stayed for a long time with no raise whatsoever. - Not enough money to run everyday operations. The company is dangerously frugal. A perpetually broken lift, an AC that floods the office. - Runs the company like a kirana store rather than a startup. A value for employees, no transparency. - No career growth, financially or technically. - High attrition. A farewell every friday.
