There is absolutely no work-life balance. Even if you leave just 30 minutes after office hours, you are still asked to stay longer and questioned about what work you have at home. Employees are frequently pressured to work on Saturdays, and sometimes Team Leads directly say that coming is compulsory. Policies are very unfair — arriving just 5–6 minutes late leads to salary deduction, but overtime is only counted after 1+ hour, meaning a 45-minute late stay gets no credit. Management and team leaders often shout at employees, to the extent that people have been seen crying in the office, yet no concern or support is shown
