The mission is inspiring, and you feel the impact of your work every day. The culture encourages freedom, flexibility, and accountability. You’re trusted to do your job and deliver results. As a startup, there’s plenty of opportunity to wear many hats, collaborate cross-functionally, and move fast. It’s a great environment if you enjoy versatility, challenges and problem solving.

Cons

Like most startups and lean teams, things move fast and the to do list is never ending. You really have to focus on doing what's most impact or you will get caught up doing busy work.

- On a sea of RTO uncertainty, Instant is still committed to remote work as the norm - Cool tech to work with - Very close-knit group of individuals, you will learn a lot - Has a very relaxed PTO policy (within reason) - Full health, dental and even vision benefits - 401(k) contribution match available

Cons

- No bonus, stocks or any other compensation besides your base salary - Raises have been lackluster (or inexistent lately)
