Great place for mid career people seeking stability

It's a relativity stable work environment

Cons

Not a lot of groundbreaking work is being done here. If you're looking to stretch your mental muscles and create things that would wow you, this isn't the right place for you. It's not a place where experimentation is appreciated, it gives off a "break and pay" kind of vibe. Pre-merger cliques still exist and are waxing strong so watch what you say to any member of your team or manager because it probably would be used against you. If you get an offer here - be careful, don't step on any toes, go with the existing flow and stick to the "grandpa" pace

Pros

Leaders give unfair preferential treatment. You’re in good hands if you’re in the right team with the right leaders that have a good relationship with the CEO.

Cons

Favoritism! Especially CMO is CEO‘s favourite. HR department gets reshuffled so frequently, you don’t even know who to turn to anymore.
