1: No pros in joining this. 2: EIther they fire you or you leave after working here.

Cons

1: Do not join until you want to work for free. 2: No allowances for 12+ hours shift everyday.

Still some very good engineers are around,but lot of good people are leaving.

Cons

Company is in down slope. Many incompetency in management , and those people are still around. Arrogance of few making others insecure . Do not see attitude of management changed a bit even after so many good people are leaving . This is very scary ...

Great people to work with mostly.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! RUN! Management continues to use the same business strategies over and over and they continue to fail. Huge turnover in sales and marketing, not unusual for start-ups but in this case due to poor management decisions. In addition Poor HR management- has no backbone or merit.
