Good work culture Good timing Not much work pressure Good tech team of size 10 Knowledgeable people in the team.
Cons
Please provide Proper KT to employees Don't handover the work without giving proper knowledge of how things works. Don't expect of knowing everything from a new employee, they may not have used the tools you use in office Provide light weighted Laptops, heavy laptops are hard to carry at home. Politics over different state people Redesign your office , sometimes seems glasses of the rooms will broke, so loose. The non technical teams seems to talk a lot and disturb other people on the floor. Have some peace in the office.
