      Pros

      High quality staff with great customer focus and good loyalty. Opportunities to broaden skills and take on additional responsibilities. Good opportunities for US and international travel. Salaries are generally competitive. Nice office environment with supportive management.

      Cons

      Many of the roles require frequent travel so maybe not ideal for those who would find this awkward. A lot of interaction with UK based colleagues and potentially those in India and China so occasionally need to interact during non-standard business hours due to the time zone differences.

      Complete lack of competance at senior levels

      Pros

      Many excellent people keep the company running day to day. Interesting technical work. Good compensation and benefits. .

      Cons

      Complete lack of leadership at the CEO and senior management level. No communication, no defined strategy, no sense of shared responsibility, no basic organizational competence. They try to cover this up with HR window dressing initiatives that are meaningless because there is no change from the top.
