Pros
Ok I like the code base and I like the eng leaders but a couple things. We need more full on product managers on the team. 2nd, lets get a bigger QA department, but that beings aid the last 12 months I've seen big improvements.
Cons
My manager left without much notice but really that was on him, but you could have given me a heads up sooner. The new one is better anyways
