Great Concept, Horrible Management

The mission of the organization is great, as are many of the people

Cons

The leaders of the company are tremendously self-centered and inexperienced. They expect others to take hits for the "mission" in salary and work-life balance, and judge those who do not. Leadership is often done immaturely, and it is clear that they bend the rules to benefit themselves and their favorites.

Over the past couple of years, we have made important investments in growing our Leadership team and our People Team. Instiglio is on the cutting edge of innovative finance for development - fast-paced, high-performance, growth and learning oriented culture - environment focused on taking initiative, opportunity for growth if you demonstrate high performance.

Cons

A fast paced environment means that the work is fast paced as well. During times of peak work, this can mean pulling long hours. Don't expect this to be a 9-5 job.

You work with talented and commited people who push you to learn and explore how to change the world. Your work and role has a deeper meaning, something not common in consultancy. You get the chance to travel and work directly with service providers.

Cons

You will be pushed out of your comfort zone in many ways. If you are ready to handle that, you will learn, grow and enjoy your day-to-day work.
