Pros

They try hard to talk the talk and for a junior person just starting out in their career it's probably a great environment to be in. They work hard to put the right training and career progressions/development plans in place for lower tier employees but fall over when it comes to offering any support for senior managers.

Cons

Some departments are controlled by dreadfully inadequate managing partners who demonstrate a bullying and intimidating style of management. No career development or support offered to senior staff and this intimidating style of management fails to get the best out of people. So many really talented, hard working individuals have left because their efforts were neither appreciated or rewarded - or they just realised they didn't need to take this nonsense!

Pros

Lots of great, really hard working people, who are working hard to make Instinctif bigger and better, as well as some very interesting teams and specialisms. Good career opportunities and ability to progress and move between teams. Majority of senior management are great and supportive of other staff. Nice central London office.

Cons

Lack of leadership, stems from the CEO and inner circle. Inability and unwillingness to fix issues with the business. Small minority of senior management who think they are untouchable and either don’t pull their weight, or don’t act in the best interests of the firm. High turnover of all staff associate partner level and below.

Cons

Account managers can be clueless Skills training is a bit rubbish There is a distinct lack of understanding in digital Processes were practically non-existent No pay rises for the last few years No real company culture
