Pros

Great clients, great BI's. Overall, good experience in the field. Most of the families are very interactive and willing to make changes to benefit their child and have a positive overall outlook of the therapy.

Cons

Too many clients per Supervisor, when other companies only assign 15-13 clients per supervisor. At IBH you will have between 25-30 clients. The caseload is overwhelming, and the compensation is way too low for the heavy caseload. The heavy caseload also naturally leads to a lack of customer service and customer care. The clients often complement the BI's and Supervisors, but regularly complain about the company and company structure. As a supervisor you will get blamed and punished for client problems that are out of your control.
