      Pros

      There is little oversight from the higher ups once they are done with you.

      Cons

      Used me until they found someone they *actually* liked, then fired me for "misconduct" with no other explanation. I've worked in this field for over a decade. I was flabbergasted.

      schedule was nice,(no weekends), pay was decent

      Cons

      Rarely receive raises (unless you ask for your review), culture/morale is bad, feel like you're on an island.
