Pros

Great salary. Growth opportunity. Great products. Some great employees who really care.

Cons

The culture is toxic. There is bullying happening from upper management. There is no communication and zero transparency. People prefer to gossip rather than with together. There's a lack of anyone knowing whose job it is to do what and if you reach out to the wrong person, you get a taking to. Marketing is a mess. How do you expect a sales team to sell a product that's been out an entire year but still has no materials for implemention? Or to sell a VerifyNow that's been broken and back ordered for months and no one tells the field why or how to address with customers?

Don't work here.

Pros

If you want overtime and no work life balance-- work here. If you prefer to be treated as a number/less than human-- work here. If you consider leadership that is the driving force of the rumor mill and seems to enjoy towing the eeoc borderline for perpetuating workplace gossip and bullying a plus...you should certainly work here. I suppose the 401k match is decent-- but for selling your soul they need something like this as an incentive.

Cons

If you find all of the 'pros' mentioned above absolutely unacceptable and are appauled that any work enviroment tolerates such things-- congratulations-- you are human! Don't work here. Siloed management Less than average pay (you wouldn't think that based on the 30% increase you are getting due to overtime..if you want to work the additional 300-400+ hours a year, have at it.) No employee development Leadership is a joke Performance management is non existent. If you don't do your job, but feed the inexcusable culture, you'll probably get promoted or protection from any kind of repercussions. Products are not robust. If there is an issue more time goes into covering it up than fixing it.
