Pros

Work-life balance is great at this company, as well as renumeration for workload.

Cons

The culture in terms team-bonding and cohesiveness can definitely be improved upon. Management showing more leadership and level-headedness during crunch periods also needs addressing.

Pros

If you want to be overwork and underpaid take the job!

Cons

This is the worst company on the planet. I worked for 6 years and in the time of my Managment positon the turnover was over 50% of the staff. The Vice President of claims is the most awful person every seen Christine Ainsworth. She will retitaliate against you when you speak about the heavy workload threatened to fire employees that had to take FMLA. The company culture is to work the employees for 12 hours a day with a set salary. The company is a Nightmare!!
