Pros

Decent pay the owner is fantastic, nice modern call center and building, close to highway also great holiday party

Cons

Worst customer service manger to work for plays favorites and doesn't listen to any concerns you may have and not much chance for advancement

Pros

It offers a good work/life balance.

Cons

It's very much a command and control environment. Leadership doesn't describe it that way, of course. They claim to want "ideas people" when in reality they just want people to carry out their ideas. They're more focused on driving traffic to the website than focusing on making a good website. It's a very political environment, you have to watch your back. Not in all areas, but at least in the engineering/marketing/design side of things. If you're considering working there, reach out to some former employees on LinkedIn first.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We value all our employees, because they are the heart and soul of our commitment to our customers. As the company has grown more successful, we have experienced some growing pains, which sometimes means that the right people are not always in the right roles. We listen to our employees feedback and make changes as needed. Our company is better today than it was a year ago and it will be even better a year from now.

Pros

The benefit package was good.

Cons

The pay rate is far below the industry standard and absolutely no room for advancement. Also they do not tell you what you're schedule is going to be, so you don't know when you are working.

Thanks for your feedback. We regularly review our salaries and have made a few adjustments since you worked here, so I'm confident that our current salaries are more in line with the local market. As for schedules, usually any changes to scheduled shifts in the Customer Care Department are communicated a few weeks in advance.
