      Don't walk away, run away as fast as you can

      Pros

      Fair starting salary, and nice end of the year get together

      Cons

      No annual reviews or pay increases. No awards or recognition. You are an hourly employee while the customer wants more, the moment starving the customer gets them to re-negotiate the contract so Intecon gets more money due to lots more hours you are suddenly salaried. You are locked in so if you enjoy your work with your employer, but not how Intecon is treating you. Tough luck. While in writing they promote honest timecards, off the record the push you to commit timecard fraud. They seem to be pros at moving it from email to phone when they want to do anything that could legally hurt them. So good luck getting it in writing. Turnover is a constant thing.

      Integrity not so much

      Pros

      CEO was supportive and was willing to teach me tasks that I didn't already know how to do.

      Cons

      The owner decides when and if to keep people. If you need to go out on short term disability for anything, don't count on being able to come back. There's nothing like being called the week before your return date and being told you no longer have a job.

      Pros

      There are no pros with this company. If you have a pulse, they will hire you to bill the customer. Look elsewhere. You have been warned.

      Cons

      This place is a glorified staffing company. There pay is laughable and benefits are below average at best. The is no advancement opportunities. It's a dead end job.
