About "the working time limits are little longer than others" Its standard 9:30am to 7pm with half an hour lunch break, so actually its 9 hrs only and not 9:30. Moreover, generally people do stretch lunch break a bit, so practically we get about 8:30, 8:40 working hours only That is on a 5 days week, I am not sure why you find them longer than others Also, with our flexi hours scheme the guys are generally reaching at 11am or so and then they feel it long working hours, when they leave late in evening. Though it's their choice. Try reaching 9am, work efficiently and leave at 6:30, you will find it a very good working hours specially with Saturday and Sunday off

Dear Reviewer, Thanks for the review and pointing out about the head count. Lately we are working on strategies, using which we can go for a larger team size and can assign less complex simple coding tasks to less brainy employees too. This will give us a chance to recruit more people, even those who do not posses natural analytical skills. Results of these efforts are likely to come over next couple of months from now.
