      Pros

      It’s a decent place to work if you have a good manager. There is ability to grow within the organization if you work hard and have a good attitude. Great coworkers with good work ethic and talent.

      Cons

      Zero work schedule flexibility or work from home. Every few months they remind you how strict their in-office policy is and how they are cracking down on PTO. Minimal coordination between teams. Every product launch seems rushed, panicked, and sloppy.

      Nice, pleasant co-workers. Hard working people.

      Cons

      Micro managing, wants you at the computer from the moment you walk in the building to when you leave. Nepotism. Let's go whole department at a time without reason.
