Pros

They have elaborate Christmas parties.

Cons

The downside is that many people in upper management are uneducated and have limited managerial experience. This lack of experience unfortunately leads to poor problem resolution, inability to communicate effectively and inconsistencies in procedure application.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feelings about working at Integra. We appreciate any feedback to grow and become better. We regularly encourage open communication, suggestions or ideas on how to improve and wish that these concerns would have been brought up sooner. Without specific examples, it's difficult to address the concerns. However, we are actively pursuing more education and resources for all managers and team leads. With regular leadership training courses and more real time feedback from peers and other employees, we feel that our management team is growing and becoming better. While we believe we have a capable and caring team of managers and leaders, we will take your concerns and do our best to strengthen any weaknesses.

Pros

-Caring Management -Works with school schedules -Numerous benefits -Fun outside work activities they plan -Ability to move up -Overtime available (most times) -Ability to earn gift cards/prizes/bonuses based on my performance -Praise on performances

Cons

-Hot and cold areas of the building (Bring Your Own BLANKET) -Candy drawer (more of a con for my teeth/future cavities) -Paperless call floor (I'm a writer and love my pen and paper, but they provide you with great alternatives) -There's no secure or locked area to leave our bags/phones (they do have cubbies, but you just have to trust and hope that no one steals anything in your cubby, unless you want to leave your personal belongings in your car)
