Pros

Locations around the world, strong emphasis on sustainability and innovation. Due to the recent aquisition they have a strong client base in Australia.

Cons

Unable to win any actual M+E work in Australia, we were strung along for two years with promises of "the big project we have is just about to start, hang on" - it never did and we never had any actual MEP projects of any significant size (or even small projects, for that matter) during those first two years of the Sydney office. Instead, another company was aquired and under the smokescreen of Covid-19, 85% of the staff which had started the original office and supported the manager there were fired, with the newly-aquired company's staff being retained in almost their entirety.
