Pros
Usd salary. Do not be fooled by usd salary and ignoring everything else like annual increase as there is not even basic salary increase. There is medical insurance but with low ceiling.
Cons
Bad messy management . Very stict internal policy even after first relative death was with balance deduction . No open door at all and no one willing to hear anything. No human resources just one person who barely understands anything about human resources. Unstablility and layed off many people with no real reason. No sick leave allowed without deductions. Even the building feels like a flat in a very busy load area. Late working hours.
