Cons
I witnessed quite a lot of nepotism. Husbands and wives working at the same location. Owner hiring personal friends from High School and a woman that I worked with was hired and proceeded to get a lead position even though she had no previous experience all because her best friend worked there. Also the owner loved talking about how great he was at staff meetings.Oh and a client who was autistic left the facility and was never found because of neglectful staff.
