Top level management is un-involved

Pros

-the people you work with on a daily basis will be great, some of the best talent in their positions -great facilities -travel costs etc. Easily managed

Cons

-a lot of manufactured urgency either by "numbers" to hit or "customer relationships" to repair. -sales is all that matters and gets recognition -not a lot of information desiminated from on high-sudden changes of ownership/direction etc.

None. Awful work environment. Even worse colleagues. Terrible place to work long term. You’re better off working at McDonald’s, at least McDonald’s has reasonable health insurance and hourly pay relative to the work.

Cons

Watch your back. Constant sabotage from fellow colleagues. No work/life balance. Hard, dirty, dangerous work and you only make 14 bucks an hour. IGS corporate is full of dishonest, apathetic scumbags, who will sabotage your reputation for self advancement. Literally the worst place to try and build a career. DO NOT WORK HERE!
