Poor leadership with passive-aggressive micromanagement tendencies. IHA claims to enforce a culture of the open-door policy, listening and questioning. And that they are receptive to new suggestions and ideas that can help the company be successful. However, don't waste your time, talent and energy with providing them with such, because they are unreceptive and tend to conduct business in an orthodox fashion. This way of operation has resulted in the loss of many talented and hard working colleagues. Also, for a company that has less than 60 employees, the turnover rate is quite astronomical. I will say learn as much as you can and move on.
