Overtime even on weekends you need to accommodate the request and overtime is not paid unless you exceed by 8 hours ( 200 pesos only allowance for the first 8 hours ). Procedure can be improve especially on the documentation. Project management is not the one who conduct document control for each of the file sent by the client. Overloading of task cause of burnout and dissatisfaction.
