Free food during shift, wonderful residents, not very hard work

Cons

silly hours, especially for a 55+ community, no room for improvement, no raises, management can be dismissive and hard to get things done, maintenance was always overwhelmed

If you are the BOM, beware of the trainer. My advice is to speak up say something. Horrible trainer from the corporate office. Don’t allow them to harass you or bombard you.
