Pros

years ago, felt like a leader in the field. harm reduction prioritized over abstinence. pay is better than other local agencies.

Cons

pay is still too low though. too big of a c-suite/upper management in both quantity of people and their salaries. went from feeling cared about as an individual employee to clearly just valued as a number over the years I was there. quality of care has declined significantly, especially with the focus in psychiatric services shifting from providing what was needed to stuffing the schedules full of only MAT appointments, amongst other priority changes.

Pros

Flexibility, mileage reimbursement.and agency electronic device's

Cons

Pay is frozen, top executives are new to behavioral health, make decisions and are paid significantly more. CBHWs are held to.steict accountability and recieve CAPAs if failed to meet billing expectations even if the reasons are not solely the responsibility of the worker. Do not recommend this agency
