We believe this review is for a similarly named company, not ITG Healthcare. In particular, the statement that there is no set plan for employee reviews is incorrect. ITG Healthcare has adopted and operates under EOS, a fact we proudly articulate on our website. Every employee has a 5-5-5 meeting quarterly with their direct supervisor. During these quarterly meetings, supervisors and employees review (i) core values, (ii) roles and responsibilities, and (iii) rocks (90-day priorities). For each of these areas, both seek to understand (a) what's working; (b) what's not working; (c) what you could do better to correct it?; and (d) what can I do better.
In addition to the employee review inaccuracy, all of our salespeople are paid on a base plus commission, in addition to quarterly incentives. The commission structure and base salaries are in line with similar programs adopted by companies within our industry.
