Pros
Integrify is a place where truly the best idea wins. Regardless of where it came from or who said it, leadership is always looking for ways to improve existing operations, the product/software and especially how customers are supported. Above all, they really value people and it shows in how hard work is rewarded and there's a true work-life balance. From summer hours, to team outings, excellent benefits/PTO and work-from-home options. This is a great place to work with an awesome team!
Cons
Mature/independent work environment that may not be ideal for inexperienced personnel that require more attention/handholding and oversight to complete their tasks.

Laid-back but professional environment. Great customers (enterprise) who are very happy with the product. Solid management team that cares. Good salary and benefits.
Cons
The startup nature of the company isn't for everyone Growth is accelerating beyond infrastructure. Dispersed workforce can sometimes be challenging.
