      Pros

      The apartments are kind of nice Fun job getting to tour different units Provided decent administrative experience Getting to help people find the perfect apartment is a joy

      Cons

      No flexibility Very very high turnover If they let you go or you quit they can evict you from their apartments, I saw this happen many times to coworkers Very power hungry and money hungry landlords, always willing to nickle and dime tenants for everything they're worth

      Thank you for your review. There is a new management team in place since you were here. While we can't comment about what happened before the new team came, employees who rent from us and leave the company are not evicted. They revert to a regular lease and can continue to stay if they so desire. In fact, there are many former employees who continue to live at our properties. We appreciate the pros that you listed and agree that it's a joy to help people find their perfect next home!

      Bait and Switch, Bad Office Politics

      Mike, the construction manager, is great to learn and work with.

      Cons

      Bait and switch. Illegally, without permits, remodels apartments. Bad office politics and environment. Tons of miscommunications!
