Pros

I absolutely love working at Integrity Web Consulting. The people I work with are incredible, supportive, collaborative, and always looking out for each other. The teamwork here is unmatched, and the work-life balance allows me to thrive both personally and professionally. I'm constantly challenged in the best ways, which keeps me growing and engaged. Plus the meetings are always a party!

Cons

If you are the type of person that does not work well with full autonomy, this may not be the rite fit.

Pros

I sincerely enjoy working with every person here, not only in the development team but across all teams. They live out the "Holacracy" management model, and I have felt engaged and enabled to make decisions on all projects I've been on. This past year, this company put their money where their mouth is and cut ties with an unhealthy client rather than allow their people to be abused, +++ from me for that. It's a fun, dynamic, flexible place to work, and I feel pretty fortunate to have a place on the team.

Cons

There's a lot of trust given to each person to do what they need to without much (if any) micro-management, and so you have to be comfortable setting your own goals and communicating your progress. You are expected to be able to do what you say you can do, and be honest about what you feel you can't do. People that struggle here the most are ones that struggle to manage their time or commit to being able to do things that they aren't confident doing.

Pros

They have a knack of finding awesome people that have a team-first mentality. I started out as a pretty green developer and wouldn't have learned what I have so far if it wasn't for other developers on the team that were willing to help me when needed; and I hope I can pass that on to others that are just starting out. They always say that the employees come first as we're the ones doing the hard work, but I have never experienced any other employers who back that up as much as I have John and Ed. I have also truly never felt more appreciated and valued as I have at Integrity.

Cons

Having the option of working remotely 100% means you may not see those awesome people as much as you normally would, but team meetings and lunch & learns are great for that!
